Even at burning of well-sorted waste with the most perfect technology it is inevitable that there emerge utterly dangerous, steady and long-living substances: dioxins, benzpyrenes and furans. Struggle against formation of these substances is the basic technological task of the whole branch.
General problems of air cleanness in this field are high gas contamination of casting and welding workshops, paint booths, surface degreasing areas. Due to out-of-date cleaning devices these problems are becoming very actual nowadays.
General problems in this field are odour in cattle — and poultry — breeding complexes, bacterial and moldy air contamination of sites, incubators, warehouses, feed stuff, bacterial contamination of products.
Considerable number of local emission sources from technological tanks, blow-downs from knots of finished goods issue, local spillages of oil products, flambeau lights of incomplete combustion are the specific features of this field.
