Installation of a photo-catalytic of cleaning unit of 500 m3/hour capacity

Delivery of custom-designed installations for photo-catalytic neutralization of gas emissions at a work site.

Operating principle of the installation: air polluted with acetophenone is taken at a high speed directly from the press operation site (thermal plastic press) by local suction; then the air is detoxified with the help of combined influence of ultra-violet radiation (UV-C range) and a catalyst, on which final decomposition of pollutants and decay products take place.

Total cleaning efficiency with acetophenone made more than 90%.

Thermo-catalytic cleaning installation of 1000 m3/hour capacity

There was delivered and put into operation an installation for thermo-catalytic reduction of nitric oxides by ammonia. Emission of nitric oxides is generated by production equipment (reactor of manganese dissolution in nitric acid).Before this method was introduced, pollutants were thrown out through ventilating systems. A characteristic feature of the installation is high unit load of the catalyst which makes more than 30 000 hour-1

Efficiency of nitric oxides neutralization is more than 75%.
